When you visit our ETWeb™ empower Knowledge Hub website we collect and process certain data. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect and process, and how and for what purposes we do that.

1. Who are we?

1.1 The ETWeb™ empower Knowledge Hub website is operated and, accordingly, your personal data is collected and processed by Lumesse GmbH, Flughafenstrasse 103, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany, innovation@lumesse.com (“Lumesse”, “we”, “us” etc.). 1.2 This Privacy Policy only applies to this ETWeb™ empower Knowledge Hub microsite. If you have a ETWeb™ empower Knowledge Hub account or are going to initiate such account, please refer to the specific privacy policy for ETWeb™ empower Knowledge Hub.

2. Data that we collect and process 2.1 The only data that we collect and process when you visit this website are general technical log files. The log files contain certain data on your visit (date and time et al.) and the hardware and software of the device that you use when visiting the website. This information will be stored separately and can and will not be combined with personal data that we may store in other contexts (such as data on your Knowledge Hub account if you have one; cf. Section 2.2 below). The collection and processing of this data is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest in being able to better analyse problems with the availability of our systems. We do not use the log files for other purposes.

2.2 Any collection and processing of personal data in the context of the ETWeb™ empower Knowledge Hub is subject to the ETWeb™ empower Knowledge Hub Privacy Policy.

3. Your rights

3.1 Upon your request we will provide you with • confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to you are being processed and information at least as to the purposes of the processing, the categories of data concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed; and/or • information on the personal data undergoing processing, and of any available information as to their source. 3.2 Further, we will, upon your request, • rectify, erase or block (restriction of processing) all or part of your personal data if the data or, as the case may be, the processing of the data do not/no longer comply with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular because of the incomplete or inaccurate nature of the data; and/or • notify any third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed of any rectification, erasure or blocking carried out in compliance with the preceding paragraph, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort on our part. 4. Right to lodge complaints You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the applicable statute.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. In case of changes, we will inform you with reasonable notice.
